Our History

We have recently celebrated our 30th year of trading. Originally specialising solely in air conditioning, we have naturally evolved into a full mechanical services contractor, undertaking air conditioning, heating, plumbing, ventilation and gas installations.

The standard of our work speaks for itself, and we have grown organically through word of mouth and repeat business.

Where We Work

The majority of our contracts are located in and around Central London and the Southeast.

Our reputation is a direct result of our skills, quality & attention to detail, and has presented us with the opportunities to work at the highest standard in some of London’s most prestigious buildings.

A Team of Specialists

The company is led by Gary Mersh; one of the original founders. We are supported by a team of highly-qualified engineers, supervisors & project managers as well as a financial team. Each and every member of the team is a specialist within their field; with the technical competence to understand issues and find suitable resolutions.

Working in a Better Way

We have a long-standing core of permanently employed site teams, supplemented by an established network of sub-contractors, most of which have worked with us for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on quality and attention to detail, whilst maintaining efficiency and safety across our company network. We effectively react and adapt to change and complete works to a superior standard; finalising projects with excellence, that of which we are very proud of.
