The Project
Annexed to the Corinthian Hotel, this is one of London’s most prestigious residential developments. This 12 apartment building comprises of a mixture of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom apartments, including the £75M penthouse.
Our Role
Each penthouse is a self-contained unit with VRV air conditioning systems providing cooling & heating. We installed underfloor heating to all floor areas, supplemented by heated towel rails and radiators, fresh air extract ventilation and gas fires. We completed this project on time and on budget.
